Max Jacobson spent seven years learning the business at Legend Retail Partners in Denver before moving back home to Wisconsin. Upon his return, he joined the tenant representation team at Mid-America Real Estate and was with them until launching JCRE. Max brings 17 years of experience helping clients formulate and execute successful real estate strategies and outcomes. 

A record of success:

• Max helped AT&T add 35 locations in Wisconsin over a 7 year period.

• He assisted Five Guys and Potbelly with developing and executing a growth strategy throughout Wisconsin, adding 15 locations between the two brands.

• Max was a key member of the team that helped Hy-Vee identify and successfully negotiate two large land acquisitions for new grocery stores in the Madison area, as well as the acquisition of a former Sears in La Crosse and a Kmart in Eau Claire.

• Max worked closely with local favorite, Forage Kitchen to grow their restaurant from 1 to 3 locations, with more on the way!

• He has been the exclusive representative for several franchisees under the Xponential Fitness banner including: Club Pilates, Pure Barre and Stretch Lab, identifying sites and negotiating leases.

Max is an active member of both the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW).
