Forage Kitchen
A Madison startup, Forage Kitchen opened their original location on State Street in 2015. As a customer and fan of the concept Max was eager to meet the owners and help grow their brand. Flash forward to 2023 and Forage Kitchen has 4 locations in Madison, 1 in Champaign, IL and their newest location under construction in Milwaukee. Several more locations are in various stages of development. JCRE works closely with the Forage team using demographic analysis, competition overviews, sales data, and market knowledge to strategically identify key growth markets and successfully negotiate leases.
